CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE
Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente informent le consommateur sur les conditions et modalités de vente et de livraison lors de l'achat de produits petite Parisienne.
LES COMMANDES:
Une commande est réputée acceptée par petite Parisienne lorsque celle-ci en a accusé réception et que le paiement intégral a été préalablement validé.
Dans le cas où un produit serait indisponible après passation de commande, petite Parisienne en informera le client dans les meilleurs délais, par email ou téléphone. Deux options lui seront proposées :
- soit le report de la date de livraison du ou des produits commandés
- soit l'annulation de la commande et le remboursement immédiat du montant correspondant lorsque celui-ci a été payé et selon les conditions d'annulation définies dans les présentes CGV
Modalités de la commande en ligne :

Les informations données par le client lors de la passation de commande engagent celui-ci : en cas d'erreur (nom, adresse, téléphone), petite Parisienne ne saurait être tenue responsable de l'impossibilité de livrer le produit. Le client restera tenu du paiement des produits perdus.

PRIX:
Les prix de vente des produits présentés sur le site de petite Parisienne sont indiqués en euros et en TTC. Ces prix ne comprennent pas les frais de livraison. Ces derniers sont calculés automatiquement lors de la commande et figurent sur la page indiquant le prix de la commande avant la validation de celle-ci.
Le prix facturé lors de la commande, indiqué sur le site, correspond aux tarifs mentionnés sur le catalogue de petite Parisienne en vigueur à la date d'enregistrement de la commande. Ces prix peuvent être modifiés ultérieurement, sans préavis.
PAIEMENT:
Le paiement est sécurisé par PayPal. La facture sera adressée dans le colis d'envoi des produits.
LIVRAISON:
Conditions
Le paiement intégral du prix doit avoir eu lieu au plus tard au moment de l’expédition.
Si les produits commandés ne sont pas livrés dans un délai maximum de trente (30) jours à compter de la réception du règlement, pour toute autre cause que la force majeure, le client aura la faculté de résoudre la vente et les sommes versées par le client lui seront dans ce cas restituées sans délai.
MODALITÉS
La responsabilité des produits relève de Petite Parisienne jusqu'à la livraison définitive du bien.
Conditionnement
Les produits sont conditionnés de manière à respecter les normes de transport de vigueur, et pour assurer une protection optimale des produits pendant leur livraison. Il est demandé au Client de respecter ces mêmes normes lors d'un retour de produit que ce soit lors d'un service après vente, ou lors d'un retour pour convenance. Tout endommagement constaté d'un produit au retour du à un problème d'emballage non respecté pourra entraîner un remboursement partiel ou un non remboursement du produit en cas d'impossibilité de revente en l'état ou en cas d'aggravement du problème technique indiqué.
Retards de livraison liés au transporteur
Dans le cas d'un retard de livraison par rapport aux délais annoncés, le Client doit contacter petite Parisienne par courrier électronique, à petiteparisienne@outlook.com, afin d'ouvrir un dossier de litige ou d'enquête pour effectuer une recherche de colis.
Il arrive que des colis soient égarés par le transporteur. Les délais imposés impliquent que le Client déclare la perte dans les 10 jours suivant la réception de l'avis d'expédition de petite Parisienne. Dans ces conditions, petite Parisienne se charge d'effectuer les réclamations nécessaires.
Si le colis est retrouvé, ce dernier sera ré acheminé immédiatement au domicile du Client. Dans le cas où le colis n'était pas retrouvé, le Client pourra alors demander le renvoi du même produit (dans les délais de disponibilité), aux frais de petite Parisienne. Si le ou les produits commandés n'étaient plus disponibles, à ce moment, petite Parisienne remboursera le montant des produits concernés ainsi que les frais de port.
GARANTIE LÉGALE DE CONFORMITÉ:

Petite Parisienne s'engage à livrer un bien conforme au contrat. Il répond des défauts de conformité existant lors de la délivrance du bien.
